geodata:: Geographic (referenced) data: Data that includes information on the shape, size, exact location, etc. of an object, e.g. x, y and z (altitude) coordinates of a church, vector of its layout and height of its tower.
open source:: Open source is a term used for software with freely distributed and accessible source code (the programme code). Open source software is often distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
